Although we are based in Cork, we are always happy to travel to photograph your special day.

Our style is a sensitive combination of documentary wedding photography and contemporary portraits, and is all about telling the story of your big day.

We work without influencing the proceedings, simply observing and recording moments as they happen. Our role is to show the unique quality of your wedding, the love you celebrate between you, and having your families and friends celebrating with you.

We are very much a people person, and happily engage with your guests to put them at ease as much as you. This allows us to capture their beauty, personality and feelings during your wedding day.

We aim to take images that show those magical moments of love and emotion – memories that will be treasured by you and your family for a long time after your big day.

Before the day

We will meet up for a pre-wedding day chat to discuss your photography requirements.
We will go through a timeline of your day, so we can ensure, that appropriate time is allocated for the bridal preparation & we will also discuss about where you would like to have the photos taken after the ceremony.
It’s important that you are both aware of the photographic schedule.  This allows us to ensure, that we have all the people we need, where & when we need them. We try to get you back to your guests as soon as, so you can spend as much time as possible with your family & friends before you are called for your meal.

On the Day

Usually, we start at the location where the Bride gets prepared, about an hour and a half before the ceremony begins.

If possible, we try to get some shots of the groom getting ready, but that depends on distance and time.

Shortly before the Bride leaves for the ceremony, we head to the venue/church and take some candid shots of your guests, the groom & groomsmen.

We will capture all the important segments of the ceremony, the bridal entrance, candles, vows, rings, the kiss, signing of the register and the departure.

Portraits

Following that, It’s on to a location of your choice for some bridal party/Family shots.

(We will have discussed and arranged this on the pre-wedding day meeting).

The Venue

It's on to the hotel/reception venue and usually we would head straight to get some posed shots of the cake cutting.

Then, its time for you to join your guests, while we take some detailed shots of the dining room and candid shots of your guests.

We will then capture the speaches and later, the first dance.

We hope that this covers everything on your big day.
